Genesis Realty was established in 2015 with the objective to provide quality DoD housing agency services and residential real-estate sales.  Our staff combined have decades of experience in the Okinawa Housing market.   The DoD side of our business is English-speaking.

We are centrally positioned in Okinawa City between Kadena Air Base and Camp Foster on Route 330.  This allows us to access most major housing locations with ease - be it for appointments during your housing search or with management and maintenance once you rent.

Our office provides parking for up to three cars depending on availability.
